HID (DDM) issue

Did a bit of searching and haven't found a similar fault.

-07 CBR600RR with DDM HID kit 8000K

Recently replaced low-beam HID kit (DDM) due to it not working. Installed stock bulb, stock bulb worked so sent HID kit back for warranty replacement (was working for about 11 months). Got the new kit, installed it worked for 3 days then again, not working.
Checked and found that bulb turns on for a split second then turns off. Checked connections all ok. Once again, installed stock bulb and that works.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Best solution send that kit back get a replacement make sure it's working then sell it & buy a better quality kit such as Volt or Xtreme . Mckain87 ( site member ) is selling a brand nw Volt kit for a great price here is a link to his thread check it out great guy to do business with & needs the money for a great personal cause so your purchase will help him out big time https://www.600rr.net/vb/showthread.php?t=453546

If it doesn't challange you it won't change you
