wont start after disconnecting harness

i installed my new front cowl and unhooked the two main harnesses and the guage cluster. i put it back together and the bike cranks but the fuel pump doesnt come on. i checked the fuses theyre good. i unhooked the battery and reconnected and still nothing. Where is the tip over sensor? is it in the front cowling between the light? maybe i installed it upseide down?

if you unplugged it, the BAS is tripped. toggle the kill switch first before you start tearing things apart...

make sure it's in nuetral, clutch lever pulled in, kickstand is up. turn the key on, toggle the kill switch to off, then back to run. hit the starter button.
