Starting issues

2 weeks ago my alarm was acting screwy so I uninstalled it..and the battery was completely dead, and i had a blown fuse, so I charged my battery and replaced the fuse..Then I tested it, and the readings are normal. After connecting the battery I tried to start it up, it was turning over but just couldn't seem to get started. Also, a loud popping or buzzing noise follows each try(coming from the battery terminal). Anyone have any thoughts? please share!

buzzing noise means the battery is not fully charged
so make sure the battery is fully charged
roll the throttle all the way while pushing the starter
button do that a few times she will start up

If it doesn't challange you it won't change you

You need 13.0-13.5v on a good battery. Anything below 12.4v and it probably won't crank.
