Lack of Power CBR600RR 2003

Wondering if anybody has any ideas on this:

CBR600rr 2003 starts fine and when accelerating under load it will loose power around 5000 rpm.

Throws no codes.

Feeds to the TPS checked and TPS is within spec for voltage outputs
MAP sensor checked and works linear within spec for voltage outputs with pressure differentials
Fuel pump pressure checked and within spec, both primary and secondary injector rails function and issue fuel
Air intake temperature sensor checked and within spec
Coolant temperature sensor checked and within spec

The bike is a european/english bike which has had the hiss conversion for the track - keyless. It has the A - ECU

Does anybody know if the MAP sensors are interchangeable (granted the connections are different) between the 2003 and 2005 CBR600rr - i.e. do they produce the same voltage outputs for mmHg, as currently it has the later map sensor on it.

I haven't checked the timing on the bike as yet but as it accelerates fine on the stand i am guessing its fine, its only when the bike is under load.

any suggestions ?

the reason I highlight the map sensor, is that although it is linear in performance, its starting voltage is different to the manual specification:

at 1 bar - it registers 3.6 volts

the manual indicates it should be between 2.7 and 3.1 volts
