Strange clunking noise

I hear this noise while riding and when pushing the bike around. It sounds chain related but its not the chain, it was just adjusted and I also just replaced the CCT so I know its not that as far as when the bike is being ridden. When I push the bike I hear the regular chain noise as it moves around the sprockets but there is also another CLUNK type of noise and when riding I can hear it at lower speeds. Wondering if it could be sprocket related as far as the front sprocket or any ideas on what else it could be. I could also try and get some cell phone video of pushing it around as well if it helps out

Heard similar noise at low speeds and while pushing my bike also a few weeks back. Turned out to be the master link pins and adjacent rollers that got chewed up creating quite a tight spot on the chain. The rest of the chain looked fine so it took a bit of head scratching until I sat down and inspected each individual link.

Last few times cleaning the chain I have also noticed some of the O Rings had been been coming out of the links, I'm sure that would not make it any better. Just does not seem like it would be anything else other then the chain or sprocket related.
