Spark plug damage

Hi guys,
I've got two 2007 CBR600RR racebikes and they are both getting strange damage to the spark plug terminals.

I found it on my first bike when it got so bad it was actually making the bike cut and and out. I found this damage to the plug terminal (where the cap sits on) and its like its arcing and melting the terminal. I put fresh plugs in and its fine but I'm sure it'll happen again.

On my new racebike i bought I found the same wear on the plugs when I changed them.

Is this a common thing? I'm guessing that maybe the spring thing that contacts with the terminal could be dodgy. On both bikes it doesn't do it to all plugs. I thought it was just a loose cap or something but im sure its not. The only thing I can think to do is to replace the coils? It could be an expensive exercise knowing Honda too.

Seems like the coil wasn't fully seated on the plug... Try to put a spark plug into the coil off the bike, is it tight?
