Oil Leak help

Hi Guys, i'm new here, just picked up a 2008 600rr 3 days ago. I was cleaning her up, giving her an oil change yesterday and noticed a lot of black grime on the inside right fairing as well as on the right side oil pan. There were no drops of oil underneath the bike where I had parked it over the last 2 days. Oil level was fine. Anyway I cleaned it all up and changed oil/filter. I took her for a run and when I returned I noticed a thin layer of oil on the lower right side oil pan. Pic 1 (pan is clean here). There wasn't enough to drip. Then I noticed in pic 2 the Pulse Generator? (think thats what it is) the rubber grommet looks a bit worn and there is a small hole, larger than a pin hole, on the front of the grommet (not pictured). I can see a wire when looking through it. It did look like oil was leaking from there.

I'm not the most mechanically inclined individual so just wondering if that could be the source of the problem?

this is not leaking a lot and only seems to when I run it?

Yep it was leaking from all over that right side cover. Took it apart and resealed and no more leaks. Can you feel that buddy huh huh huh?! Thanks for all the input, but I guess it was pretty self-explanatory.

Sometimes the mere act of writing it out and posting can help us solve our own problems.
