I don't have a PC, I just bought the bike about 2 or 3 months ago and it's been like this ever since I bought it. Do you guys know how I can fix this?

warranty should cover it. just take it to your local dealer.

Get it mapped, and it runs better in colder weather b/c the engine is getting a colder intake charge. Anything motorized runs better in colder weather.

it could be bad gas sometimes it happens to some of the bikes i serviced, also try cleaning the stock airfilter with compressed air it could be clogged with dirt.

CBRdeju,
I bought the bike from the owner.

SPR SLO,
Do I need a PC to get it mapped? It runs a whole lot better in cold weather to where it could be due to a problem.

OveRRev,
It's been doing it since I got it....and I will check the air filter. It does have 11,000 miles.
