cbr 600rr 07 tacho problem, video link inside!

hi guys i have a problem with my cbr 600 rr 2007 tacho. when i totate the key to "on" position sometimes the rpm needle rest on "0" then i turn on the bike and it starts working. I made a video with my phone today, I was lucky that it happened while i was recording. The bike works fine and turns on immediatly. Sorry for my english, i'm italian :-) i checked all the connectors and were fine (i used some wd40 but didn't do anything)
