Exclamation Front end noise

Hello guys

I know it is not a cbr but it is my brother's R6 and i want to ask if somebody can help or can imagine what is wrong.. We have torque tighten the head bearing all the bolts on the front end callipers pads everything checked.....

''
recently,my 08 r6r started to make a weird clunk/crack sound when driving over bumps or when hitting the front brake really hard.it is the sound you can hear ta 0:23-0:25 in the video.it is definetely not the brake pads.as you can see when compress and decompress the front suspension with hands, there is no sound.if i move it forward and hit the front brake hard and abruptly,it cames that crack and never cames again if i dont do the same thing backward.(you can notice this in the video).i have checked all the bolts in frond suspension and tightened the steering head bearings with torque wrench as yamaha manual says with no diferrence.in addition i have heard this crack when starting the engine, without hit the brakes or compress the suspension.sometimes it did it when i raised it from the stand.it has 21.000km.did anyone have the same problem with me?

It may not be but it could be the rotor sliding back and forth on the rivets that allow it to float. It can feel almost like loose steering head bearings and can make a pretty noticeable sound.

No it is not from the brakes.
He uses the brakes to this video to show the noise..

The noise comes when he ride over bumps or is it stand on the traffic light or when it is parked on the side stand(one time).
You may not even touch the bike and a click/tack noise comes from the bike. Like the front suspension spring tensioning and seats in the right position something like this.

sorry for my english guys but i am trying to explain the problem
