03cbr600 still wont start

Ok bike still no fire, cranks but doesnt turn over because fuel pump will not prime, i replaced all fuses and relays, the bas tests good, pump primes with direct current, i replaced kill switch, all grounds are secure, when i jump the pump relay and test voltage i only get 2.2 volts so what would be causing that 10volt drop? And it had cut off while ridingthen a few weeks ago i thought it was a loose relay but i was testing my headlights and then turned my bike off and moved it to the street while i grabbed my gear but it wouldnt fire again and ive done everything above since then figuring it could be something new.

If you were right your bike would probably start

Neutral switch doesn't affect the fuel pump. Neither does the kickstand.

Have you checked the fuel pump fuse by the battery? Had trouble finding it but when I did it was bad. Ecu went bad and kept blowing that fuse. Can't hurt to check. Good luck

Hate to thread jack, but I'm having the exact same problem as Garyhenson, fuel pump wont prime, but the same parts seem to work fine like the BAS, fuel pump, relays, switch, etc. Getting desperate at this point.

On a different, but similar note. A week or 2 before the bike stopped running I noticed that when I was idling in traffic my temp gauge shot up to 250F. which makes me think that the cooling fans weren't coming on. And since the fan relay is linked with the engine stop/fuel pump relay, could this issue be related?
