Bolt Torque Specs

Dont know if this goes here, but I need some help. I am going to send out my wheels, case covers, and rear sets for powdercoat and need some bolt torque specs for when the stuff comes back.

If anyone knows a website, or the exact specs for all the parts that will be removed that would be the most help. I assume I need specs for the axles, rear sprocket bolts, all those little bolts around the case covers, and any other bolts that you guys know I will need to remove. Thanks in advance for your help!

Case covers 9ft/lb
Rearsets: 28
Wheels Rear: 83
Front 2 bolts on the front of each fork 16
Main front 43
Calipers 22

I sent him the 03-04 manual... that should help him some..

But if you plan on working on your bike just go get a 05-06 SM from the dealer or oniline..

Im still trying to figure out how to get the clutch cable out of the damn case cover so I can send it to Tripage. Got pissed and put the bike back together tonight, but its easily reversed. Guess I should get my hands on a manual before I go any further...from what it sounded like on here this was pretty straight forward. Oh well...

Once you do it once you will see how it all works together.. Sort of like drilling a hole in your fairing for sliders, once you do the first one it's no big deal doing the other side..

just have to take the one bolt off that holds on the guide plate and then just disconnect the cable from the clutch lifter lever..

What am I missing here?!?!?!?!?!?! How do you disconnect the cable from the clutch lifter lever? I took that bolt off that holds the little bracket to the case...

You need to loosen the NUT, on the piece you removed that the cable wires goes in.. This adj. your clutch tension.. You need this to be loose to remove the wire/ball from the underside of the clutch lever..
