05 cbr plug (no clue where it goes)

Was removing the gas tank and when I was done working on the bike I noticed a plug was undone, I'm not sure if it's supp to be left un plugged or I'm somehow missing where this is going, was under the gas tank on the right hand side if ur on the bike, any help would be appreciated
