Power problem.

"05 Cbr600rr. This happened after bike was staying in the garage for couple of months. Dash doesn't light up, lights don't work, fuel pump won't prime. while the key is on ON position. starter is spinning. Horn is working, turn signals work, emergency lights work, tail lights work.

I've checked fuses from the left side, main fuse. i've replaced the relay for high beam. I get power to the low beam (checked with multimeter) but no power to the high beam. I'm really out of options, i've browsed the whole forum before starting this thread.

Also when i tried measuring high beam, for some reason when i touched it with multimeter, the dash lit up and the fuel pump primed, then when i removed the multimeter it went dark again and it doesn't work anymore that way.

Sounds like a bad ground somewhere to me.
