Brake lever hits instrument cluster

Hi folks, need some advise. When I turn the handle of my 08 cbr600 anti clockwise, the brake lever hits instrument cluster before a complete turn. I am using OEM slip ons if I am not wrong. What could be the problem?

Lever is pointing too far down. Tried loosening it and pulling it back up?

I'd rather be next to a rider that can maintain a controlled wheelie than a muppet on their phone.
