Low beam cutting off after ignition

So my low beam comes on after the bike gets started for about 10 seconds and then cuts out.. I checked the light and it?s still operational.. Any other recommendations as to a DIY I could try?

it's probably an issue with the start button. once the current to the light warms the contacts they open.

take apart the start button housing and look for issues with the soldered connections on the switch.
