Thumbs down Engine Bogging Under 8K rpm (2008 CBR 600RR)

So i have a F1 light coming up on the bike that flashes, ( I have already searched for the f1 trouble codes thread and read it).
So they say count the flashes (short and long blinks (
In my situation , when i lower the kick stand , the light just keeps doing long blinks for an eternity.. I have sit for 5 mins counting the amount of blinks , and i think the trouble codes , the highest number i saw was 40+ for short blinks (might be wrong)..

Question: How do you determine when to stop counting blinks ? as mine just keeps throwing long blinks infinitely without stopping..

Q2: When the bike is riding , I have some engine bogging around 2.5 -3 rpm's or something like that , where when i roll-on , the bike kinda bogs down or struggles to increase rpm's , so i have to back off the throttle and roll-on **babily on the throttle. Very irritating , sometimes it even surges slightly

Q3: when i start riding for a long while the F1 is a steady light (no blinks), is this normal ?

MODS List to mention :

PCIII
Two bros slip-on exhaust with stock headers
520 -1/+2 chain conversion
Brand new Iridium spark plugs (thought this was the cause of bogging)

Bike has 28K miles

It will keep displaying the codes. So its probably just one long blink or code 10

If there is an active code the fi light will stay on solid when riding

What is Code 25 ? for some weird reason , last night when I was leaving work , the F1 light threw out this code ( CODE 15)
Based on the manual (it has to do with the knock sensor malfunction .. if the knock sensor has malfunctioned , would it cause the engine bogging down ? and what is the knock sensor for ?

Knock sensor is to keep the a/f mixture from detonating instead of combusting when the spark plug ignites it, in other words to keep pre-ignition and explosions at bay. It varies the spark timing. If its out it will default to lowest spark timing possible for safety, which will kill your power. So yes, this all makes sense.

So do you guys think my Symptoms correlate with a bad knock sensor on the bike ? They dont seem pricey , so i can probably buy a used one off ebay
