Unhappy rough idle and low rpm "missing"?

Hey guys, my first post on here, im having an issue with my 04' 600rr,
shes got about 52.5k on her,

I've just replaced the plugs and done the valve adjustment. was really tight on exhaust side .20
had a bazzaz with apropo map for a K&N filter and jardine rt-1 slip on.
took those off and still does the thing(described below)
replaced map sensor and air pressure sensor(no effect)
Tried 2-3 tanks of injector cleaner(no effect)
checked charging system(perfect 14.0)
temp of all headers at temp fall around 500-520f
only use 91 gas and have gone through 10+ tanks of gas.

Heres what she does:

Cranks up fine, and idles pretty normal up to about 170F-190F
Once at temp, idle starts missing like shes not getting enough something. ex:
purrrrrpu purrrrrrrrrrpu pu purrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrpu purrrrrrrrrr pu pu pu purrrrrrrr
seems to get worse as it gets to 210ishF in traffic or street conditions.

never drops enough to stall and when revving up past 4-5k rpm it runs strong and pulls hard like usual.
but does sputter all the way to that 4ishK range.

im baffeled and ive talked to 2 shops. no clue, i have no choice but to turn to the all-knowing interwebs
ordered a fuel pump as that is the next on my list (fuel filter)

Any F1 Codes on dash ??
I would advice NOT to buy stuff before you're sure its the fuel pump or get some advice from the senior guys on the forum ..

Did the problems already exist or did they start after something like your valve adjustment?

How long has it been doing this?

pretty sure the amount of extra work you put in did more harm then good. When did problems arise?

These problems came up as I started to need a valve adjustment. got the adjustment and it still had the issue, I've done the swap on the injectors and it helped a lot, but still, kind've does it.
wax unit?

sorry for late reply, i work 9-5 during the week

hey, have you checked coils/coil packs? I had a cbr 900 and back in the day cold fine but when up to temp also went funky, one of the plugs were bad, swapped it out sorted. my friend had the same problem but it was his coils ,this was also only when she was heated up to operating temp.

If all of your valves were tight, I’d say your valve adjustment isn’t correct (it’s easy to mess up) because you might find one if two needing adjustment, not all of them, unless there is a larger problem. If the fuel pump were the issue, it wouldn’t be temperature dependent, though if your tank vent were plugged you could starve for fuel as the tank heats up.

I’ll echo the above poster that you may have a bad coil pack so pull and inspect for cracks. A video would help tremendously here.
