2009 600RR high idle

My ‘09 idles too high (around 2000-2100 RPM) and won’t go back down to 1500 like it should. The spark plugs and IAC have been replaced. I’ve checked for vacuum leaks, cracked/loose/disconnected hoses, etc. No issues found. Tried doing a battery-disconnect reset on the ECU to no avail. The RPMs also hang for a few seconds after pulling the clutch in while shifting (unsafe!!) Only mod is a TwoBrothers slip-on. Throttle plates all close when throttle is released. Any ideas? MAP? TPS? MAF? Coolant level is correct and temp sensor is ok as well. PLEASE HELP!!!

Aftermarket levers? Is your clutch pin switch dislodged, broken or unhooked?

Are you sure the throttle is closing all the way? How much free play do you have on the throttle cables? Does it snap back or hang up? Bar end weight catching?

I do have aftermarket levers, I’ll have to heck my clutch pin switch. And my throttle cables are good and the plates are definitely closing all the way.
