Removed Front end, now having problems.

Hey guys,

I bought my bike and had to basically rebuild the whole thing. My problem is I removed the front end of the bike and now that everything is back together including new fairings, the brake side handlebar rubs the underside of the front fairing. This includes the master cylinder and all. I've checked the position of the handlebars and they look fine. They're even on both sides yet the clutch hand doesn't rub at all. Any idea of why this could be happening? Are my forks not set correctly? Is the lower triple tree not set correctly?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. The bike is an 07.
