Question About Temp Sensor

I just got the valves done on my 2009 600rr at the local dealership. On the ride home I realized the bike was not reading a temperature on the cluster, just dashes. I would like to avoid taking it back and having to wait god knows how long for them to sort it out.

Is there a connector or plug that must be unplugged for the valve service that may not have been plugged back in correctly or at all? There is no warning light or any codes being thrown.
