Running Temperature

Please excuse my newbieness but at what temperature should I be running? Today it was around 90 (Vegas heat) outside and the bike got up to about 220℉ and fluctuated between 198℉ and maxed out around 220℉ . For the first time since having the bike I could feel the hot air blowing out of the left fairing once the fan kicked in. At what temperature do you guys start to have concern?

When running through traffic it fluctuated between 200 and 220 but work is literally 8 minutes from home.. It's a 2018

Sounds OK, if fan comes on at 210-220f.

If temps go 230+ something's amiss.

If running with a strong tailwind, temps can quickly climb and it will seem like something's wrong.
