Anyone ever thought to replace the coolant hose clips with small hose clamps?

Sorry not sure which section this could've gone in.

I'm referring to the tiny clips that are a btch to remove and put back on to the hoses that go into and come out of the coolant reservoir. Anyone just replaced them with hose clamps? And is it an ok switch to make or would I be compromising something?

A pic of the clip I'm talking about

You're probably not OK with switching to hose clamps....w/o some method of keeping the HC tensioned, hose clamps have a bad habit of loosening with vibration.....my experience!

you need a set of C- clip pliers, then super easy to on/off.
