Question 04' RR problem.. ( problem solved )

I have a really really strange electrical problem on my 04' RR. Basicly the usually dash display inc. needle when u switch the bike on does not do its usual thing. For it to work i have to pull the clutch in even in neutral with the stand up. then the bikes dash will iluminate and the bike will start up. If i then leave to idle with the clutch out all seems ok until i rev it, then the bike cuts out around 3k. this is where i'm stumped. if i hold the clutch in and rev the bike it is happy to rev as high as i want. Also when i turn the bike off with my alarm fob none of my indicators work, the Neutral light stays on and flashes constantly until i pull the clutch in, then it stops. I really do not know wtf is goin' on! Plz help! Many thanx. $i

Sorted. Had a decent think and realised i had taken my tax disc holder off to clean it and did'nt tighten the bolt up properly. They were 3x earth cables here. tightened up, bike started no problem.
