Won't Idle

I just bought a 2004 CBR 600RR and I can start the bike and rev it up but when I let off the throttle it dies. Do you have any idea why this is happening?

Also make sure the bike is warmed up before you start revving it...

I'm from minnesota and I purchased the bike last month and it ran just fine the past two times I started it up and then today I wanted to ride it and it wasn't working right. So I started it up and ran it at 3000rpm's for 20 minutes til it hit 230 degrees and still the second I let off the throttle it died.
