Another wont start thread..

Hey guys, a rider on a local forum Im on is having a problem .. Here is his issue.

"Alright I need someones help BAD!!!

I turn the key, turn the kill swith to "run" and get no headlights, no illumination in the guages (but the guages and clock work just no back light) No turn signals, no fuel pump...

But I DO have starter, horn and brake lights,

so she wont run, I've checked all fuses and relays, can someone please help the most depressed rider on this forum???"



Fuses have been checked, battery is good. Any idea's??

HAHAHAHAHAH its armagedon for the 03 04 RRs of the world WTF is going on.


As i sit here i might have figured mine out (i replaced stator cover and might have crimped a wire {no promise that this is it but its some where to start})

Battery problem seems like it does not have enough juce to get
the starter kicking tell the guy to fully charge the battery , load test it
if it passes the load test hold the throttle wide open while attempting
to start the bike , it wont start right away , might take a few trials
so be patient & best of luck
