Looks like "stop-leak" was added at some point to temporaily fix a leak? I often see this on cars, and curse the guy who did it thinking he was gonna avoid a radiator repair.
Did you add anything like "stop-leak"? Whatever it is...... We (at the Ford Dealer) use cooling system flush chemicals to clean systems. We have 2 different strengths, and both are acid based, strong smelling liquids. You add them...run it for a good 20 minutes to an hour....then do a water flush until it runs clean. Then do a fluid swap, removing water and adding our antifreeze/water mixture.
Both flush chemicals are fairly cheap! good luck.
