Clutch lever adjustment

Hi guys, i was wondering if there is a way to adjust the SHIFT lever. I just bought my first pair of boots Oxtar TCS and i find i really need to point my foot down alot to get it under the lever. Im new to doing my own adjustments.

Turn the shaft counter clockwise while holding the bolt(top and bottom) above or below it with a 10mm wrench. Just take it easy and try not to force it because IT CAN BREAK.
