How to tell if the front triples have been lowered?

i recently picked up a new to me 05 600rr. it has lowering links so i know that the rear is lowered, but i have the stock links so i am going to reinstall them. when searching for how to reinstall the rear links on here i came across some stuff about people also lowering their triples. is there any way to tell if that has been done on the bike i just bought? basically i want this thing back to its stock ride height, but how i set that or tell if the front is at the stock height is beyond me at this moment. can anyone assist?

the top of the fork will stick out more in the triple if the bike has been lowered. There should be a ring on each fork that is used for lining them up in the triplr tree, if the triple is not lined up with the ring the height has been messed with by someone.
