Bad clutch???

Im hearing a noise coming from where the clutch is. It sounds like a grinding type of noise. The noise goes away when i pull in the lever and comes right back when i let go. Also there is a little vibration that goes with it. Same thing for that i pull the lever in and the vibration stops, let it go and its back again. i havent really noticed if it makes the noise while riding its kinda hard to tell with a helmet on and the wind and such. what do you guys think? any help or direction is appreaciated.

If your hearing a noise maybe its not fully disengaging... Does the bike seem to pull forward a bit?
