Need Help with plastics and clutch

Hey everyone I'm putting my bike back together after powdercoating and some other mods. Well first off I installed my clutch cover and after installing it and connecting my clutch cable the clutch lever is loose and doesn't seem to be engaging all the way... what could cause this????

Next I removed all of my rubber gromets on all of my plastics and had them seperated but the cups they were in got knocked over and they are all mixed up and don't know which ones go where. So if anyone has a diagram or anything that can show me which ones go where.

PS I'm never tearing my bike apart again bc this sucks! lol

The clutch thing is because of the tightening nuts...hard to explain but they're to the right of the little lever on your clutch cover, you either have to loosen both or tighten both to get your clutch to engage. If the clutch engages too far out on your clipon lever, move them to the right. If it seems like the clutch engages too far in, move them to the left.

What year bike you running? On mine most of the grommets are the same. Or maybe I just mixed them up too many times... But I'm pretty sure you can switch them around.
