Blue smoke?

I bought my bike (03 600rr) about 2 weeks ago. It already had a micro exhuast installed. Today a freind noticed that when i shift or really get on it blue smoke will briefly puff out. Is this normal?

Sounds like your burning a little oil. Valve stem seals or rings, is my guess.

If the bike is already warmed up this is probably bad rings on your pistons. During starting or while warming up it may be valve seals
