03 / 05 Engine Swap - Wiring Questions

Hey all,

I am currently finishing up putting in a 05 engine into my 03 frame, and I am running into problems with the wiring harness...

First Issue: There are (2) two prong connectors, one by the fuse panel, another on the top right side of the airbox, that do not have corresponding connections on the 03 Bike...

Second Issue: Rad wiring from an 03 Rad, blue and white wires, do not have a connection on the 05 Wiring Harness...

What do I need to do to successfully get this bike up and running?

If anyone could offer some of their wisdom, that would be great...

Are you using 05 throttle bodies as well, Is the loom ecu 2005 ?

Do you have any pics of the connectors?
