Help Please..bike Sputters,etc..weird

i had an accident last winter..I had took it to a shop..they kept it over winter and fixed/replaced basically everything. Well summers finally here and i got my bike back a few days ago. It was fine for about a day ,the yesterday i was riding down the expressway and just cruizing in 5th around 70 or so ,and the bike started to sputter real bad..and would cut out intermittantly. When i would give it gas it would help a little but woulod still sputter real bad. And when im off the e-way on back roads and when i would come to a light or a stop sign it would stall out once i'd stop. Id have to start it again and rev it up a decent amount to get it moving..it would buck real bad..seemed like it wasnt gettn enough fuel. remapped the PC3 to all zeros, and it still ended up doing the same thing..so i dont think its the PC3...what could it be!!!? help or suggestions please!
