Cool Aligning yokes(tripple tree)

This is what I need to do (can someone tell me how or is there a write up somewhere on how to do it? Looked everywher but nothing)....

"As above - in a spill the forks can twist in the yokes (tripple tree). Usual trick to align it all is to slacken off the front spindle and pinch bolts, lower fork yoke pinch bolts and the steering stem nut then push the front end up and down a few times to align it all again then tighten everything up from the wheel spindle upwards.

Dont undo the upper pinch bolts or the forks will fly up through the yokes and the whole front end collapse. In severe cases the yokes can twist out of line, seen a bent front spindle once too. If the yoke is twisted you'll get it all straight but it will creep out of line again."
