Disconnected

What needs to be connected in order for the bike to run. I had to take off the whole front fairing including headlights and speedo.

BAS needs to be mounted or bypassed for the bike to run.
T Located between the headlights. Has a big arrow on it..

what does BAS stand for and how do i bypass it

Bank Angle Sensor. Short the outside two wires of the three wire connection.
