post brakeline install problems

got some ss lines..i bled them until all the air was out and the front seems to be good. the back however is very firm feels awsome but i have to stand on it to get the back to lock up.. i really dont use the rear brake so dont really care.. but is this normal with ss lines on the rear? i did not change the pads, but i did change the front to the EBC HH pads. id asume the front brakes would get even better when the pads wear to the rotors. im also using the motul synthetic fluid
