99' cbr F4 cutting out over bumps

My 1999 CBR 600 F4 is cutting out when I go over bumps or load the supension. Worst part about it, when I am standing the bike up (wheelies) and shift gears, jolts cause the bike to hiccup. This then causes power loss and the front end slamming me down.

I can even just hold the throttle and bounce up and down on the pegs and it will cut out every time I load the suppension. This makes preloading difficult and frustrating. What do I need to be looking at?

PS: It has never done this before...wtf

If the battery cables are fine pull the plastics and check all your PIN connectors. Not sure if that year model has a BAS or a kickstand switch so check those.
