07 Fuel Pump Squeak

I got my 07 in Aug. last year and since day one when I turn the key to the "on" position my fuel pump lets out a little squeak before it cycles through with its hum noise. It doesn't do it all the time, but certainly most of the time. Anyone have any idea what this is or experience something similar?

here is a clip of the squeak. unreleased pressure would make sense for it only doing it some times i suppose
