Hopkins to race for Suzuki at Jerez

Confirmed: John Hopkins to replace injured Alvaro Bautista at Jerez

No decision yet on other races, as Hopkins has commitments in BSB, which clash with the following MotoGP races.

Does he deserve another chance after years of injury, poor machinery and mediocrity?

Should Rizla Suzuki use him as a stop gap until they get someone else? Or, should they throw him on the GP bike for the foreseeable future and find someone else to race his bike in BSB?

Based on the way he was racing in the last couple of AMA races, I think he could "be back."

I hope he does well, he is a nice enough guy in real life. I know that Ulrich doesn't have many kind words for him, but whatever.

Does it get any better? Probably not.
