Thanks for that. It makes me so happy that so many came to show respect for him and his family...especially after the selfish reactions in Sepang.

the fans had no idea what was going on in sepang @ the time & had already had the moto2 race cut by some 6 or 7 laps; same slippery track made that race short.....
what a lousy grand prix for them. ignorance is bliss, am confident the reaction would be very different had they known what the outcome would be

thanks for posting up slowboy

to be fair, they did not realize at the time he had passed away

all they knew is there was a bad wreck, and now the race was cancled, they didnt know why, im sure some just knew, but doesnt mean they all knew.

this guy uploaded the broadcast of the funeral today. (8 videos total).

I was able to understand most of what was being spoken; it was a Beautiful ceremony.

saw the funeral on tv today...almost cried 2 or 3 times.
Beautiful words from his girlfriend Kate, "he was flawless, too perfect to live with us, common mortal people"

They don't red flag and cancel a race that hundreds of people transversed the world to arrive at casually, you don't need a play by play for that. If you're a fan you instantly know what that means.

Sepang is one of the worlds most state of the art tracks. I'm going to go ahead and say they have video coverage of the blind parts of the tracks like everyone else does.

I see what your saying and I would have been a disappointed fan too if I truly didn't know better, but I still say that it was poor form. I would NEVER do that.

As usual the actions of a few far outweigh the actions of the majority. Unless I am mistaken, this was the first race to ever be canceled(in motogp) due to a red flag. At least that's what I remember from the BBC broadcast so I can understand their ignorance and frustration.

Either way, the amount of people that showed to pay their respects speak volumes for the character of this athlete. Mad respect.
