oh man....SOOOOOO glad to see the guys came out ok.

*spoiler*!

Capirossi (abdominal injury) took a pretty bad spill...and well, you guys saw it. down went Melandri (dislocated collarbone/neck injury) and Gibernau (fractured collarbone) in the process.

Nicky's up by 20 points in the championship!!!!! how great is that???

And the Doc is back in business, looking flawless after the restart.

nothing like Mugello...but hey...that's prob gonna happen a lot more often this season...many close races to come, so no worries.

it's not even fair when you can't catch up to a guy who's TOYING with u....

Rossi even did a little mid-turn burnout drift halfway thru the last lap...

he pulled out 2.7 secs ahead, then it was :03+, then :04+ ....

insanity.

I really wanted to hear what Jr. had to say about being on the box after how many years and having a new Honda motor under there. . . . .

Always passing Gixxer's on the outside ! ! ! . . . .

+1 on wanting to hear jr. that was bull how they always cut it short i wish moto gp had a 2 hr. slot so they could do the pre race interviews show maybe a couple clips of qualifying have some experts make predictions and all that stuff then race then let us see the celebration and all post race interviews i really think thats a good idea...lol will not happen tho... :( also u guys all think sete locked his own front up...lol im sure it was when sete and capirossi bumped together and capirossi hit his front brake. unintentionally!

You cant really compare what Rossi and Hayden were doing this weekend, Rossi had the setup since Friday and just kept improving. Hayden crashed on Friday was 10th fastest on Friday the Qualified 7th and was only 13th fastest during there last practice, they just couldnt get the bike setup right for the conditions. How many weeks have we seen Rossi struggle with his bike this year, and Hayden still came up with 2nd place. I think thats a great ride for a bad weekend and you usually hear Hayden upset about not winning the race, but today he was really happy walking away with 2nd so what does that tell you about how he felt he was going to ride today.

he was definitely not as pissed as he was at Mugello with that 3rd place finish.

He really wanted something better at Mugello....show the Italians how Americans ride.

you're right, he was VERY proud of what he did today.

Man, you guys gotta sign up on m0t0gp.com. I never watch it on Speed because you miss out on so much footage.

Yeah they didnt discuss it but it's pretty clear that Sete ran into Capirossi with his brake lever, which caused the lock-up. Not sure why Capirossi took Melandri down though. I really hope they can all heal up and race next week. That really sucks. Too bad about Stoner too, I've been rooting for that kid. It's great to see Rossi in good form again though!

Did anyone else get annoyed with Shwantz's commentary? He is like the John Madden of motorcycling. "If you want to win the championship you need to be able to battle it out at the front"...Thank you Mr. obvious! He had all kinds of comments like that!

Just finished watching it on *********** myself ... the race was anti-climactic after the 1st lap crash.

personally I liked Schwantzies commentary.

yeah, he purposely jammed his front brake lever into another rider so that he could get slammed into the pavement and take a few other riders out with himself in the process....

Sucks for Gibe as his ambulance got into an accident not more than 50 yards from the hospital... Let's see how it shapes up in 6 days at the next race. Man, Rossi... No words can say...

Nicky better start riding like a champion if he wants to become one, nothing wrong with playing smart but Rossi's inching his way up in the points ladder & no amount of 2nd or 3rd place finishes can secure a championship if The Doctor wins the rest of the series.

I dunno about Rossi Hayden - I think they actually still like each other - they certainly respect each other - Nicky's really looking good this season!

Hayden is going to remain in Rossi's shadow. Rossi is back and he means buisness. I hope he crushes Hayden at Laguna.

that's what I'm afraid of. Rossi's gonna dominate from here on...only a (*knock on wood* ) injury could slow him down now.
