Quick Question??? (2-up at Laguna)

Did people pay to get a ride on the track? That is something I would love to do for next years MotoGp event, I mean if its possible!

Are you talking about riding with Mamola (Ducati's two-seater pilot) or riding by yourself?

Not by myself, I guess it would be the Ducati's two-seater pilot!

Randy Mamola is Ducati's two-seater pilot. Right now I can not find the cost, but it maybe an inviation only type of thing. Anyone else know?

Ben Bostrom rode with him and got his knee down for the rear seat.

Gecko5, thanks for trying! And what do you mean by an "inviation only type of thing?"

Ducati sends you an invitation to see if you would like to take a ride on the two-seater. It always seems that celebrities or other racers get a chance to do it.

Yeah, I've heard that it's mostly by invite for the celebs and other VIPs. However, I did see it mentioned somewhere that if you make a donation to Riders for Health, that this can also get you a ride. No clue on how much the donation would have to be.

you can actually do the ride, I beleive it's $2k
the $$ also goes to charity groups and such

if I had that kind of disposable dough I'd do it!
