Congrats to Nicky. And ya, shouldnt have used "new champion" as the title. Some people that are wanting to watch this on Speed will definitely be pissed.

LOL! ask moeman to fix it. sorry about that, i just didn't expect the race to finish like that, the unthinkable happened & Rossi washed out, he still got back on & rode the race out, a mark of a true champion, he's also a good sport & congratulated Nicky on the way back to the paddock.

what a crazy season this turned out to be.......

Good lord, the motogp site sucks!!! I got rid of the speed channel for this? At least my girl will record it for me, so I can watch it at her place. Man I really wanted to see how Nicky finished instead of hearing about it on the net. Oh well, it's still cool that he won the title. Congrats Nicky!!

Way to go Nicky! I always believed he could pull it off. Not that I'm not a Rossi fan too, but I was rooting for Hayden because of all his hard work, and it is about time we have a new champ.

Rossi crashing out was all VisitorQ's fault. He jinxed Rossi with all his Anti-Nicky mojo. Rossi is going to be pissed at his loyal minion. hehe.

Some one might want to put *Spolier* in the title before someone stubles onto this.

I am happy to eat crow on this one. I have been hoping that an American would bring the title home, but I never thought that Nicky would get it done. I am very happy for Nicky, he rode his ass off the year and did what he had to do. Congratulations to Nicky Hayden!!!! He proved himself as a true warrior with a lot of heart!

Oh and let's not forget a big congratulations to one of my favorite riders, Troy Bayliss!!!
