who was *spoiler* yelling and kicking at?

i saw hopkins on his final qualifying run come out of an apex and had his line blocked by checa who was just getting in laps... it was obviously tcheca'ss fault, he was on the exit line and hopkins was mad as hell and i do not blame him, he looked like he might have been second row after the lap... also what was roberts thinking early in qualifying? he did not give melandri any room and he had to run off the track on a really fast corner while roberts just watched... kenny wasn't running hard, melandri was and had no room to make the corner because roberts was in his line... what was he doing? parking lot cruising laguna during qualifying

Well Roberts had a problem with his bike. Checa was just being an a**hole.

roberts was crusing, if he had a problem with his bike he would have been off line.

I've come up on a lot of slower riders in racing and trackdays and never hit one. You'd think a guy who is one of the top 20 racers in the world could manage to get around a slower rider regardless of his line

I thought it was Chaz Davies. Either way it wasn't intentional. Wasn't like Hopkins was going to get pole or something. Also Davies or Checa was very apologetic on the track, it was not as if either of them was out to mess up his lap. Quite an over reaction by Hopkins, but that's just my opinion.

Hopkins must have been really peeved - his bad attitude continued into the race and cost him his race and Hayden's.

He didnt cost Nicky anything, that was all Nicky's fault. Hopkins had his line held, Nicky was the one that dove in and caused the collision.

I thought that was a great second corner. It got rid of the two biggest whinners and posers on the first lap. Two birds with one stone.

In an interview Checa stated he slowed down because he saw a yellow flag
and he was only following the rules which is ok but at the same token he
should have at least attempted to get out of the way.

As far as MARCO Roberts stated in an interview that he had mechanical problems so he could not get out of the way he seemed to be upset with what happened

You got to give it to Marco though he rode his heart out
during that race even though he took a beating during that
crash of his the day before i was happy to see him on poduim
He signed for Ducati that is a major blow to Honda but i do
not think they care much about that

If it doesn't challange you it won't change you

No prob! But I bet you didnt laugh as hard as I did when they crashed! LOL!

I heard the reason for the incident was because those two giant heads trying to squeeze through the corner at the same time was just impossible.

LOL, you gotta be kidding....I'm not a fan of either, but it had nothing to do with either one holding their line. 1st turn on semi-cold tires everyone went wide and Hopper thought he would be smart and come outside to inside of Hayden, Hayden had no clue he was there, stupid move on Hoppers part

"Is dat one dem dere boosta's?"
"No, its a hydroboosta, its got 1300 hp at the rear tire"

Roberts has a problem in his head. The only reason that guy is even on a bike is cuz of his last name! It goes to show it's about who you know and how much money you have.

And Hayden should have more brains than to turn in so hard on the first corner at the start of a race. If he didn't "think" anyone could be there he is an idiot (and I'm a fan). Nicky could have maintained his line and still made the turn, instead he dove into the turn harder trying to cut off the corner.

Tell me, what rider wouldn't go up the inside of another rider who runs the corner wide?

Hopper did what he was supposed to do, Hayden did not.

Thank you, your cramming 20 bikes into one corner. Of course someone is there, Hayden knew damn well he was there. Im a fan of hayden by all means, but that was a bone-head move.

Hayden cost himself his own damn race ;-) He continued to loose time even after the upset on every lap... curious as to your logic there. John didn't cost Hayden his race, Hayden cost John... John was upset at the way the weekend turned out, and I don't blame him...
