They have some torquey bikes and some sweet technology. I for one will be very excited to see them race in WSBK.

I saw a street version of the bike, don't like it very much.
But still hope they'll do good

But the endurance bike looks cool too so maybe the superbike will be cool too :D

The bike they are supposedly racing in WSBK in 09 has not been officially unveiled to the public yet (1000cc 4 cylinder). Have you gotten a look at it elsewhere? I know MCN had a artist sketch of it a few months ago.

I think it will be pretty cool with 3 European manufactures going against the 4 Japanese powers.

I think it will actually be 4 Euro manufacturers in the series, possibly 5 if MV gets back in the game...

I can't think of the other European manufacture, Ducati, BMW, Triumph (SS to start) and who??. I do hope MV gets back into the mix too.

Ducati, Aprilia, BMW, and KTM. The last three are all supposedly going to join the fray in 2009. KTM said they might race BSB and German SBK next year though.

I know, they are starting in Supersport in 2008 and if things go well there, they may move into WSBK.
