Hello everyone!

Anyone on here have the issue I'm having? Here goes... I have an 05 cbr 600rr and lately when I start the bike my everything on my instrument cluster starts flashing on and off like it loses power but the bike keeps running normal. When I kill the engine then turn the key back on there is no power to anything until it sits for a little while. After it sits for alittle while it will fire back up like it's supposed to then everything starts flashing again. I don't know why it's doing this so any help would be appreciated.. Thanks
