Pack your case full of Crisco. You might hear something on first startup but once it reaches full temp, it runs and shifts like butter.

I'm using Mobil 1 Racing 4T at the moment. It was in the bike when I got it and haven't done an oil change yet. Thinking about going with AMSOIL, though, when I change it soon. Either oil is good, though.

BTW, there will always be lame fools on forums. That's why I don't stay on them too much other than to try to get what little information there is on them. Hehe.

I use Mobil1, it's pretty good

I tried the rotella t6 but I didn't like the way the bike shifts with it, so I bought Mobil1 at PepBoys for $10 a quart. Shifting is much smoother, so I think it's worth it.

Well then want a tip on how to search a specific site so you can avoid being the guy who asked a question for the umpteenth time?

-Go to Google
- type "site:[domain here] then your question"
for your instance I typed out "site:600rr.net Which oil"

And you get this

About 18,800 results (0.10 seconds)

Look at the results and you start to get how many damn times this questions is asked. Read some of then and you'll figure out that it all comes down to personal preference. Somebody will tell you it's the best because they use it. So take what you want and come up with your own conclusion.
