easiest way to change oil on 2009 cbr600rr

do i have to take off the fairing on the bottem i dont wana break anything.. whats the easiest way for the newer bikes with the cover on the bottem?

OP I'd suggest taking this down before you get 1000 people saying use the search button. Only way I know is taking off the fairings. I just took mine off for the first time today to flush my coolant.

Not too bad once you figure out how to get the front clip off and the under clips.

You can reach in the vent in the fairing and unscrew the filter by hand provided you didn't jackhammer it on at the last change. I've never taken my fairings off to change my oil. Put the filter on "hand tight" and it'll save you a lot of grief. They don't need to be on all that tight to do their job.
