Do you know if this service manual will be relevant for a 2019? Or do you happen to know where I can find a 2013 to 2019 version?

I know they are the same generation but am not sure if they are going to be an "apples to apples" comparison and would rather not have to make a bunch of notes detailing the differences, if I can get away with it.

I would assume it applies until proven otherwise....just because (as you noted) it's the same gen, and Honda wouldn't make major in-gen changes.
